About these terms
thundercloudtechnology.ca (and thundercloud.gg, which redirects to it) is run by Thundercloud Technology Ltd., Calgary, Alberta, Canada (“we”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Information, not an offer
The site describes Saturn and its subsystems, including Terminalia and Saturnalia. These are in private preview or in development, and what they do may change. Nothing on the site is an offer to supply software or services. The stories on the product pages are fiction, and the demonstrations are local tests, as each page says.
Consulting and previews
Consultations and private-preview access are covered by a separate written agreement that we will ask you to accept before they begin. That agreement governs them, not these terms.
