Who governs what AI agents do?
Canada’s national AI strategy, AI for All, sets out to “build sovereign Canadian AI foundations in compute, data, talent, and infrastructure, ensuring Canadians can trust that the systems they adopt are built and governed on Canadian terms.” [Source: AI for All strategy]
Models and compute are one part of that. Governing what AI agents do is another: who an agent acts for, what it may touch, and a record of what it did.
That governance layer is what we’re building with Saturn. Saturn runs as a hosted service operated by Thundercloud, in private preview. In our local reference tests, contracts, permission checks and refusals work as designed; our Proof page shows what works today and what doesn’t yet.
